About

A browser trainer for practising Jira admin judgment before doing it in a real instance.

Jira Admin Simulator trains the part of administration that docs rarely teach well: where to look first. A lot of bad admin work starts with opening the wrong screen and making a confident change too early.

The scenarios are built around the kinds of problems admins actually see: permissions that do not line up, workflows that expose the wrong transitions, queues that make support work harder, and configuration choices that look harmless until they spread.

The learning paths give the practice some shape, whether you are new to Jira admin work, focused on service management, or preparing for ACP-120.

Highlights

  • Each scenario is about navigation, inspection, and choosing the least risky fix.
  • The practice covers the messy parts: permissions, workflows, fields, automation, queues, JQL, and governance.
  • Progress and review stay local, so the trainer works without an account.

Also worth noting

  • The linked build is live and usable in the browser.
  • The screenshots show the dashboard and ACP-120 practice surface on desktop and mobile.
  • The scenario set is broad enough to practise more than one kind of admin problem.
